Bound To You is a romantic piano concerto Remal has written in his first year at WAAPA. The piece tends to express the romantic relationship between two lovers which they are supposed to be bound to each other no matter what comes between them or what they go through. Remal used the Baroque style harmony and applied some of his class learning in his first year to write this sweet piece. It started on the piano and was re arranged later for chamber ensemble. The melody tends to be simple but highly unique, expressive and catchy. This was a great way for Remal to explore his ability to write sweet romantic pieces. Bound To You received lots of warm reception no matter who heard it or where it was performed. It is a piece for the lovers.
Unbroken

Unbroken is a piece dedicated to the Palestinian people and their struggle for land and identity. The piece is in E-minor and it expresses the unbroken spirit of the Palestinian people no matter what they had to go through in the last 76 years of occupation, hardship, displacement, poverty, war, loss of identity and the racism they encountered in their diaspora.
The Prophet of Islam

The Prophet of Islam is Remal's first progressive rock song. The song is meant to celebrate the honourable character of the Prophet Muhammad. The drums were recorded in L.A by Mark Shulman (Pink Drummer). The song was mixed, mastered and finally released in July 2023. The song is a new experiment of Remal rock genre where he uses rock instruments such as the drums, guitars over his Arabic vocal and electronics. The song is aimed at the Arabic and Islamic world of over 2 billion possible listeners. It is a great success for Remal experiment with the Rock genre. This genre is definitely new in the Arabic and Islamic worlds and it has great market and potential for success overseas. Remal is planning to produce a music video clip for this song soon and market it worldwide. This is just the beginning for the rock genre Remal has touched on. It will only get better and Remal is so excited about using his Arabic voice where he can also sing in English in this energetic dynamic vibrant genre. Remal is excited about getting better with the song structure and the distribution of the rock instruments inside his future rock songs. Remal speaks high of Bands like Guns N Roses, Dire Straits, David Bowie and Radiohead. They will always inspire him to write his own unique melodies, lyrics and harmonies over these wonderful rock instruments.
Peace Be Upon The Prophet

Peace Be Upon The Prophet is another rock song Remal has written and released in July 2023. Similar to The Prophet of Islam, the drums were recorded by Mark Shulman (Pink Drummer) in his studio in L.A. The song lyrics mainly focuses on placing peace and blessings upon the Prophet Muhammad. It's target audience will be the Arabic and Islamic world. Again, Remal introduces this energetic and vibrant genre to the Islamic and Arabic world using solid rock instruments over his Arabic voice. Whats so exciting is that Remal can also sing in English which will make the song appeal to the English speaking world. Remal is planning to make a music video clip for this song soon and release it worldwide. The exploration with the Rock Genre continues for Remal and he is so excited to write more rock pieces and use his voice as the focal point.
